If the LEDs aren’t displaying but the operating controls remain functional, then the fault is with the membrane wiring.

If the operating controls aren’t functioning but the LEDs remain visual, then the fault is with the membrane wiring.

If both the LEDs and the operating controls aren’t functioning, the fault is with the PCB.
